Weather Cancellation

Reed Music Studios policies for weather related cancelations:

Even when schools may cancel classes due to the weather, studio lessons will take place unless students are notified by the teacher.

The studio does not follow the cancelations announced by local school districts.

If a teacher makes the decision to cancel lessons, the lesson will either be rescheduled, or a credit will be applied to the next month’s lesson payment.

If a student makes the decision to cancel lessons, the teacher is not obligated to reschedule the lesson.

On occasion, a teacher will offer to reschedule the missed lesson if their time allows.

If a student decides to cancel anytime for any reason, rescheduled lessons are not guaranteed and should not be expected.
