Leah has been teaching private piano lessons in the La Crosse area for five years. She will receive her Bachelor of Music degree in Performance with an emphasis in Piano Pedagogy from Viterbo University in May 2011. During her time at Viterbo University she tutored undergraduate students in piano proficiency, class piano, and theory courses. She has accompanied vocalists, instrumentalists and choral ensembles and is an active musician in her local church.
In addition to studying piano, Leah is also an active performer on the hammered dulcimer having performed in the United States and Europe, including performances in Bristol Cathedral and St. Martin in the Fields, London.
Leah is a member of the Wisconsin Music Teachers Association (WMTA) and Music Teachers National Association (MTNA). She facilitates a fun and enjoyable learning environment where students of all ages and abilities are encouraged and given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
